Khash Khash Egg Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 2 eggs
  • A big Onion (very finely chopped)
  • Spring Onions
  • A big Tomato (very finely chopped)
  • Very well Chopped Ginger & Garlic 
  • Zeera 1 tsp
  • Dry coriander
  • Kali Mirch 4-5
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • Oil to fry

Instructions:


  • Beat eggs very well.


  • Add Oil to a frying pan on a low flame.
  • Add chopped onions to the warm oil and fry them until they are softened.
  • Add chopped ginger and garlic. Fry for some time.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and fry until softened.
  • Add Spring onions. fry for 10 seconds.
  • Now add well-beaten eggs and stir the spoon continuously.
  • After 1-2 minutes when the egg is fried well and completely done take it off the stove.
  • Garnish with Corriander leaves and mint.
  • Serve hot with Paratha or Chapati.
