Ingredients:

  • 5 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Combine the mashed potatoes, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.

  6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
